Open problems whose solution might take a while

… and hence have to be accepted for now.

• App class: Windows/Linux: using window titles is not working as before (workarounds see the bug)
• Java 9+: WARNING: Illegal reflective access … bug
• IDE: Command-Bar (optional left side clickable list of basic features) is switched off. Will come back in a more general form asap bug
• IDE Export as runnable jar feature retracted — looking for new solution
